By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information. If you follow a product link to a related printing storefront, the pricing, checkout, production, shipping, and payment terms shown by that storefront also apply to the transaction.
Product information and pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, sizes, materials, and educational information accurate. Available options and prices can change as production and shipping conditions change. The final configuration, price, tax, delivery estimate, and payment terms are the values shown at the order destination before you submit payment. A general price example on an article or product guide is not a binding quote unless it is repeated in the final checkout summary.
Artwork and customer responsibility
You must have the right to use every logo, image, font, trademark, and other element you submit. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or dangerous material. You are responsible for checking spelling, contact information, dimensions, bleed, orientation, and other content before approving a proof. Printed color can differ from a screen because monitors and printing processes reproduce color differently.
Design and automated tools
Templates, generators, previews, and AI-assisted features are starting points. You must review the output for accuracy, rights, and suitability before using it commercially. Design assistance covers only the scope described on the relevant service page or written estimate. Editable source files, stock licenses, copywriting, revisions, and rush work are included only when clearly stated.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass security, overload the site, upload malicious code, scrape private data, impersonate another person, or interfere with another customer's files or request. We may restrict access, remove content, or decline a request when use creates a security, legal, production, or rights risk.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site and its tools available, but maintenance, hosting failures, network interruptions, or third-party service issues can cause temporary outages. To the extent permitted by law, 55Prints is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by site interruption, a customer's uncorrected artwork error, or reliance on information that has been replaced by a final written quote or checkout summary.
