Pay an Existing 55Prints Order
Use the secure form below only when you already have an order or payment request. Verify the order number, customer details, and amount before submitting payment.
Before you pay
Open the payment form from a trusted 55Prints page and compare the order number, customer name, amount, and payment purpose with the message or order record you received. If any detail is unfamiliar, stop and contact support before entering payment information. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or banking details by email or through the general contact form.
A Pay Later order is not in paid production until the required payment is completed and recorded. Payment does not correct unapproved artwork or missing order details. If a proof is still awaiting approval, review it separately and confirm that the file, size, sides, quantity, and delivery information are correct.
If the payment form does not recognize the order
Check for typing errors and use the same order reference and email address associated with the request. Avoid submitting the payment repeatedly after a timeout or uncertain result. First check for a confirmation message and your payment account activity. Then contact contact@55printing.com with the order number, approximate time, amount, and the last four digits only if support asks for them.
