Before you send artwork
Include the product name and intended finished size in your message. For print-ready files, PDF is usually the clearest format for preserving layout and fonts. Keep important text inside the safe area and extend backgrounds to the bleed edge when the design prints to the trim. If you are unsure, describe the problem instead of repeatedly exporting new files. We can point you toward the right upload or design service.
Order and delivery questions
For an existing order, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through the contact form. Delivery dates depend on production time and carrier transit, so include the date the printed piece is actually needed. For shipment status, the Track Order page is usually the fastest starting point.
